SETTING UP THE EQUIPMENT
We have experienced the problem of setting up the equipment during mixed concerts. Set of equipment for life performance covers the middle of the stage and blocks sponsors logos and creates difficulties for dancers. With regards to this, it is necessary to arrange the cables of such length that won’t break the connections and allow other groups to perform on the stage. Provided during the soundcheck you suggest any other variants for equipment allocation without any cables mentioned above, the team has the right to reject from such equipment connection until the issues are resolved. Proposals like: «disconnect, move away, then return equipment back and connect again» won’t work! The easiest and most reasonable decision is a multicord along the back of the stage allowing the equipment to be moved freely. Please note that we have warned you about this in our rider in advance.
All equipment must be switched on and set up an hour prior to the soundcheck! Qualified technical personnel must be in attendance during soundcheck and concert. Also the equipment shall be grounded in a proper way, no any background noises, unwanted sounds.

• Organizers have no right to prohibit «Russka roma» any advertising campaigns at team discretion including the inviting party. «Russka roma» has agreements with different regional publications in Russia and abroad and will act towards drawing additional interests to its concerts in any cities.
• Audio/video recording, photo shooting, time and number of radio and TV interviews are to be preliminary discussed with concert director prior to the group arrival.
• Press-conferences with the group are only allowed after the concert in the same area in a specially prepared room.
• Ushakova Viktoria, tour manager, uses this schedule as a guideline during group stay in the city.
